Your Role

• Managing your team capacity and development
• Selecting and approving the recruitment of your team;
• Managing the needs of your clients;
• Ensuring project staffing needs;
• Managing financials of your team;

Your Profile

Must to Have

• Knowledge and Experience in the Data area: BI, Analytics, Advanced Analytics
• Experience in People Management: Timesheet, Vacation, Appraisals, Feedback, People allocation in projects, Interpersonal Relationship, Hiring Support, Training Support
• Experience in Project Management: Waterfall, Agile
• Experience in Financial Management: Forecast control, Pipeline control, Financial Backlog control, Purchase Order control, Invoicing control, Cost, Revenue and Margins Analysis
• Client Relationships: Pre-sale and Sales Support, Proposal Generation, Project follow-up Meetings, New Clients Support
• Negotiation with Suppliers: Contract, Hiring, Financial
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
