Account Executive (Lisbon)

Sama is a fast-growing, purpose-driven company that is tackling the $9 trillion employee engagement challenge. Trusted by Agoda, EQT and CVC, Sama’s B2B solution enables employers to provide their employees hyper tailored development through access to their own professional coach via an app.

We’re currently seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our growing 'Go-to-Market Dream Team' in Lisbon. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our next phase of growth and company impact.

Please note: We welcome candidates who are willing to relocate to Lisbon.

What you'll be doing:

We’re in the process of scaling Sama, and our success starts with new business. Be ready to be the CEO of your territory, from finding, meeting, negotiating, and closing new clients. 

You'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing. 

What you'll need to succeed: 

• Have a minimum of 3 years experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS business
• Proven track record of consistently delivering high levels of success in B2B complex sales 
• Have a natural ability to build and maintain rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Obsession with building end-to-end sales systems and processes that fuel sustainable revenue growth 
• Demonstrated ability to meet, and exceed KPIs
• Be fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and written

What you’ll get:

• €60,000 - €80,000 + commission + equity.
• Hybrid working model: 2 days remote, 3 days in our Lisbon office.
