You will be part of a multicultural team based in Lisbon, where you will provide outstanding support via e-mail, chat and phone to users of the service.
- 1 year of direct customer service experience required, preferably in contact centers in a B2C and/or B2B environment
- Live customer support experience (phone, chat, email, in-person, etc.) is preferred
- Excellent native level written and spoken communication skills in Arabic
- Minimum B2 Level English Spoken and Written
- Good communication skills, both verbal and oral
- Ability to handle difficult situations
- Openness to work flexible hours as required (may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays) / Shifts: 8AM to 8M / Monday to Sunday
- EU Citizenship or a valid Portuguese Work Permit required
Responsibilities:
- You will be handling Creators requests about support to their channel via e-mail and chat (phone being a possibility in the future).
- You will be dealing with the Creators, identifying their problems and assisting them so that those problems are fixed asap.
- Good customer support skills and experience are of utmost importance to be successful.
