Your New Role

• Coordination and support in contract negotiations in the Microsoft environment (e.g. Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, MPSA, SCE & Unified Support Contract)
• Process optimization when ordering Microsoft licenses (M365)
• Contact person for Microsoft CSAM
• Monitoring of EDE hours from the Microsoft Unified contract as well as coordination and implementation of measures
• Cooperation with external service providers as well as internal teams of the IT infrastructure and the IT organization
• Processing IT governance topics in close cooperation with our IT controlling department

What You'll Need

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or several years of professional experience in this field
• Ideally knowledge of M365 license management
• Experience in the area of M365 applications
• Interest in new IT technologies and digitalization
• Strong communication skills and IT affinity
• Enjoy finding solutions and supporting colleagues outside your own field of activity
• Good knowledge of English
