Your New Role

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for providing exceptional software support? Join our team as an IT-Consultant Software Support and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our software solutions.

• Provide high-level support for software products, resolving complex technical issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems, collaborating with development teams for solutions
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users effectively utilize software features
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our software solutions
• Track and manage incidents using ticketing systems, ensuring efficient handling within SLAs
• Identify opportunities to improve software performance and user experience
• Assist with deployment and configuration of software updates and new releases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive support and continuous improvement
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of common issues, solutions and best practices

What You'll Need

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred; relevant experience and certifications considered
• Proven experience in software support or a similar role with strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to high-quality support
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Familiarity with the logistics or supply chain industry is advantageous
• Good knowledge of English
