Job Title: Content Moderator (Streaming Platform) - On-Site, Santos, Portugal

Cross Border Talents is looking for a detail-oriented Content Moderator to join a leading Streaming Service Platform project in Santos, Portugal. This on-site position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing critical content moderation tasks that help protect the platforms integrity and user experience.

Position Overview

• Start Date: 9 December 2024
• Location: Santos, Portugal (On-site)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate written content, focusing on potential fraud, copyright infringement, and other sensitive issues.
• Review and process incoming legal requests, such as those related to privacy claims, defamation, and falsification.
• Maintain a strong understanding of platform policies and guidelines, ensuring all tasks align with established standards.
• Complete content reviews within set turnaround times, upholding quality and accuracy metrics.

Mandatory Skills

• No prior experience in content moderation required; experience up to 12 months is welcome.
• Familiarity with KPI metrics, including FCR, SLA, and CSAT, is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Base Salary: 14,000 EUR
• Monthly Language Premium: 235 EUR
• Daily Meal Allowance: 7.63 EUR (net, provided via meal card)
• Annual Transportation Bonus: 720 EUR
• Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of the gross annual base salary
• Total Monthly Package: Approx. 1,400 EUR + benefits

• Additional Bonus: 1,000 EUR gross if relocating from outside the Lisbon metropolitan area
