Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential accounts by calling leads provided by the client, ensuring a proactive approach to securing new business.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close agreements and successfully onboard new clients.
  • Manage each sales opportunity with a strong focus on closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Continuously adapt and innovate work processes to find the most effective ways to seal deals and grow revenue.

Requirements:

  • Native Czech speaker with English proficiency (B2/C1).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Persistent, results-driven, and focused on closing sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in sales or a related field is a plus.
