• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines in cloud environments, utilizing technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and implement effective solutions that meet business needs
• Optimize data processing and storage for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
• Ensure data integrity and security throughout the pipeline, adhering to best practices and compliance standards
• Ensure best data modelling and transformation practices
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in cloud technologies and data engineering practices, continuously improving our data infrastructure

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a focus on building data pipelines in cloud environments
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
• Proficient in structured query languages
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS (App Flow, S3, EC2, Glue, Lambda), Azure (Data Factory), or Google Cloud (Dataflow, BigQuery)
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modelling techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
