We are looking for a passionate Finance & Business Assistant with a strong financial background, great administrative skills, and a proactive mindset to support the finance department during a maternity leave. If you have a hands-on attitude and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you!

About the role:

• Manage customer collections and maintain customer account records
• Process and record supplier invoices and payments
• Assist with document management, invoicing, and the continuous improvement of processes
• Oversee office supply management and support with general administrative tasks
• Take part in problem-solving and decision-making by applying a critical and analytical mindset

Your Qualifications:

Educational and Professional Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in finance and administration roles (advantageous)

Technical Skills and Tools

• Proficiency in SAP
• Microsoft Office (Outlook;
  Excel:
  intermediate/advanced level)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

Language Skills

• Fluency in Portuguese;
  knowledge of English and Spanish is a plus.
