Generalist GD (Middle / Senior, Midcore Shooter)

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Working on a specific midcore shooter project.

• Handling Live Ops, including the creation and launch of new events and activities for an existing product, followed by an analysis of their success.

• Staying well-versed in the shooter genre, with extensive experience playing various types of shooters (PC, console, mobile) and a solid understanding of genre-specific mechanics and trends.

• Maintaining a strong understanding of the mobile shooter market, including key products, current trends in mobile midcore games, and audience preferences in this niche.

• Designing new weapons and game modes, focusing on mechanics and player experience, with an emphasis on the feel and impact of shooting mechanics.

• Balancing combat, ensuring a well-structured balance between classes and weapons.

• Working with F2P monetization, integrating monetization strategies into the combat and progression systems of mobile games.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in shooter development (preferably for mobile platforms) or in midcore game development with similar mechanics and audience.

• Expertise in Live Ops, including creating, launching, and analyzing in-game events.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in playing shooters across platforms (PC, console, mobile), with a clear understanding of the genre and current trends.

• Deep understanding of the mobile shooter market and modern trends in mobile midcore games, as well as player preferences.

• Proven experience in designing new weapons and game modes for mobile shooters, with attention to both mechanics and the player’s experience with the shooting feel.

• Skills in combat balance, considering the interaction between different weapon types and classes.

• Strong background in F2P monetization, with the ability to incorporate monetization strategies into combat systems.
