German & English Training Specialist - Hybrid

- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Share expertise in learning methodologies
- Review and pilot training material
- Document and communicate progress 🛠️ Required Skills: - Expertise in transforming learning journeys into engaging experiences
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects
- Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks
- Willingness to travel for training sessions at partner sites 🎓 Qualifications: - Fluent in German and English
- Proficiency with MS Office 365
- Bachelor’s degree in education, training, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in corporate training (experience with LMS, e.g., Workday Learning, is a plus)
- Experience as a Trainer or Training Facilitator is highly desirable ✔ What we offer: - Direct contract with the client

- Schedule: Monday to Friday (08h to 17h)
