What You’ll Do:

• Moderate and review content to ensure compliance with the platform’s community guidelines.
• Flag and remove harmful or inappropriate materials.
• Work collaboratively to meet targets and improve moderation processes.
• Maintain a focus on quality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Work Details:

• Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 22:00 PM, with rotating shifts.
• Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
• On-site position in Lisbon – local candidates only.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Must already hold a valid work permit for Portugal.
• Residing in Lisbon.
• Experience in content moderation or customer service is an asset.
