Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices with precision and compliance.
• Updating and auditing content for upload on social media.
• Ensuring service meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for client satisfaction.
• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of client products and services.
• Adhering strictly to accuracy guidelines and data protection measures.

Profile:

• Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
• Strong PC navigation skills and adeptness with technology.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Porto and work on flexible shifts.
• Work permit in Portugal (EU citizenship)
