Responsibilities

• Moderate live chat interactions to uphold community standards and guidelines.

• Fluency in Greek with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in chat moderation, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to effectively manage real-time discussions.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with chat moderation tools and online platforms.
