Your New Role

• Management of managed service providers and external service providers as well as coordination between these and the internal IT teams and the business
• Active support of service processes such as incident, change and problem management
• Advising our specialist departments on SAP Basis issues
• Implementation, release changes and upgrades of SAP systems
• Comprehensive support and responsibility for SAP Solution Manager and SAP Charm
• Operational support, optimization and further development of our SAP system landscapes
• Implementation of new functions and applications in the existing system landscape

What You'll Need

• Completed studies in computer science or comparable training in the field of IT
• Professional experience in SAP Basis and technology as well as in managing managed service providers and external service providers
• Knowledge of SAP upgrades, conversions, system copies, Solution Manager
• Practical know-how in project work desirable
• Experience with SAP HANA and SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage
• Good knowledge of English
