Supporting our client by helping their customers over the phone and via e-mail, with any queries they may have about products or services Handle customer complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless customer service Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

full time (40h/week) Monday to Friday, availability to work between 7am - 10pm, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational schedule Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:
