The role:

The purpose of the position is to ensure professional support to our Blades project during high season and thereby create added value for the company in planning support and relieving operational employees from basic project tasks. The result must be achieved, among other things, through collaboration, communication, together with a focus on costs, efficiency and MWS values.

Key responsibilities:

Project Assistant tasks’ include several key areas, as described in more detail below:

1. Project Support and Administration

• Supporting of Project Coordinator ‘s duties
• Working with confidential documents
• Doing reports

2. Reporting & Cooperation

• Monitoring of effect and efficiency and continuous reporting to Project administrators
• Performing other various tasks in agreement with the Head of Project Support

Skills, abilities and knowledge:

• Have communication and analytical skills
• Have organizational and troubleshooting skills
• Be a dedicated team player
• Have a positive attitude and be committed to work
• Proficient in written, spoken, and comprehension of English language.
