• Track & monitor the sales performance by analysing detailed retail data collected in our shops;
• Act as the Super User for Power BI and accompany its deployment: liaise with Central BI team, develop necessary reports, support users.

Principais responsabilidades

• PerformanceManagement,Analysis &DecisionSupport
  • Analyses of sales performance and its main components (location, product, passenger profile);
  • Identification, analysis and reporting of passenger spendings' trends to support specific action plans;
  • Ad hoc performance analysis;
  • Preparation of specific suite of reports covering sales, margin, stock, and passenger traffic;
  • Development and implementation of periodic analysis reports;
• PowerBIsupport
  • Development & configuration of new reports to enhance performance analysis;
  • Definition and management of periodic automated performance reports;
  • Support of budget and forecasts set up for sales and margin into Power BI;
  • Coordination with Central BI team;
  • Ongoing coaching & support to users to ensure effective use of Power BI;
  • Control quality of data and investigate discrepancies between systems, if any.
• Specialprojects
  • Support CFO on ad hoc business analysis.

Perfil desejado

• Degree in administration or similar. a specialization in the area of ??financial data analysis will be highly appreciated;
• 3-5 years of solid experience;
• Experience in relatil area is a plus;
• Proficiency in Excel (e.g. Macros, advanced formulas and add-ins);
• Experience and knowledge of creating reports using Power BI is a must have;
• Solid analytical skills with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
• Attention to detail and ability to contextualise data and derive key learnings and insights;
• Data visualisation and storytelling skills;
• Self-starter with proven ability to meet targets and deadlines while maintaining focus on vision and purpose of work outputs, not just activities;
• Detailed understanding of the retail business desirable;
• Autonomous, organized and able to prioritize effectively;
• Flexibility to perform tasks outside of normal course of work when needed;
• Committed to company values;
• High level of English is mandatory.
