Senior DevOps Engineer

• Responsibility for the overall strategy, implementation, management and optimisation of our DevOps infrastructure
• Advanced configuration, deployment and scaling of containers and microservices in a containerised environment, including Kubernetes and OpenShift
• Automation of build, test and deployment processes using advanced tools and scripts
• Proactive monitoring of system performance and availability, troubleshooting and continuous optimisation
• Leading the design and implementation of security measures and compliance policies
• Initiation and implementation of DevOps best practices for continuous improvement
• Working closely with other IT teams to integrate new software components and ensure a smooth deployment process

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications
• Several years of professional experience in the area of DevOps
• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift desirable
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured way of working
• Good knowledge of English and the ability to collaborate successfully in an agile environment
• First management experience is an advantage
