Your new role:

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for analysing financial data and creating financial models to support decision-making processes for Operations and Supply Chain for P&R International. This role involves evaluating financial performance, forecasting future financial performance, preparing reports, and providing insights and recommendations to management for the specified business unit.

You´ll report to the Finance Director, Operations and Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare financial reports to support business decisions;

Develop, analyse, and review budgets and forecasts;

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;

Interpret financial data and provide variance analysis;

Create financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting;

Monitor financial performance by analysing actual results against budget and forecast;

Analyse market trends and competitor performance;

Conduct cost analysis to support cost-saving initiatives;

Help to run the costing of entities/business units on a regular base;

Assist in the development of strategic plans and long-term financial projections;

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards;

Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required.

What you need to be successful:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;

5+ years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, accounting, and cost accounting or a related field;

CPA, or similar certification is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and accounting software. 

Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau is advantageous.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. Other languages are a plus;

Familiarity within Production sites, Operations and Supply Chain, ideally within the MedTech industry.

Experience with Oracle is a plus.
