— Proficient in designing and balancing complex gameplay systems.
— Extensive experience in creating clear design documentation and using spreadsheets for system modeling and game tuning.
— Strong understanding of typical game mechanics and the ability to balance high-quality, enjoyable player experiences with product goals.
— Expert level understanding of game systems design, progression, and monetization strategies.
— Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.
— Capable of actively working on multiple projects concurrently with strong multitasking skills.
