At Technical Support, our daily mission is to help customers by providing solutions that make their experience with our products effortless. We're a diverse team with a shared commitment to problem-solving and exceptional customer service. Our solutions directly interact with our customers' websites, to enable compliant use of cookies, trackers, 3rd party integrations, and services. When issues arise, they can be complex to diagnose and require urgent attention. If you are curious by nature and motivated to dive deep into problems, passionate about technology and enjoy working with people, you might be the ideal team lead we're looking for.
- Lead a team of 5-8 technical support specialists
- Coach, guide, and enable team members to achieve success
- Support employee growth through guidance, 1:1 meetings, and monthly development sessions
- Act as an escalation point for customer issues
- Act as an internal subject matter expert for the team.
- Assist in resolving Tier II technical issues
- Be the point of contact for the rest of the organisation on technical support matters and participate in and contribute to relevant cross-department projects
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, with a background as a senior technical supporter or team lead in the web/tech/SaaS industry
- At least 1 year of management experience in a team lead role or a similar position
- Prior experience as a developer or an educational background in computer science is a plus
- Demonstrated skills in communication, collaboration, and coaching
- Extensive experience in web technologies from a development or debugging perspectives
- In-depth understanding of web technologies, including protocols, DOM, and related concepts
