For which tasks (responsibilities)?

— You will work with other teams to get API integrations done using communication, internal tools, and docs;
— Support detailed discussions with teams in the mapping of data and corner cases;
— Identification of problems by logs and monitoring;
— Manage and juggle multiple integration work across projects simultaneously, knowing what information to gather for troubleshooting, prioritizing, etc.;
— Coordinate with a team on Integration roadmap items arising from feedback.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

— 2+ years of commercial experience as an Integration or Technical Support for a gambling provider;
— Fluent in Technology;
— Knowledge of SQL, experience in working with databases;
— Knowledge of various API data markup formats: XML, JSON, CSV;
— API testing skills; — Understanding of Web Technologies;
— Ability to learn quickly and sharp attention to detail;
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
— High emotional intelligence and desire to help the team;
— A good level of English is a must.
