We are looking for a dynamic Windows Sysadmin Operations Manager to join a leading financial services company in Porto. If you're seeking a hands-on management role, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Description

• Engage in team discussions on operations and projects.
• Ensure continuous improvement and high availability of IT systems.
• Develop and enforce corporate policies for system standardization and security.
• Diagnose and resolve user and IT system issues.
• Design and support technical solutions based on business needs.
• Manage incidents and enhance internal knowledge sharing.

Profile

• STEM Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience on managing internationally distributed teams with skills in talent development and team leadership.
• Preferred: Experience in Financial Services or regulated industries.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience as a windows system administrator.
• Experience with Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and Office365 administration.
• Knowledge of M365 security features and multiple Microsoft roles.
• Familiarity with Cisco Ironport and Citrix (preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency .
• Experience with ITIL change management.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours.
• Motivated team player with availability to travel in Europe for extended periods up to 50% of the time in the initial phase.
