A Kelly Engineering está a recrutar um Costumer Service Trainee , para a Siemenes Healthineers , localizada em Lisboa. Principais tarefas a desenvolver: Suporte ao planeamento e preparação do local de instalação Suporte à preparação e instalação dos equipamentos nas instalações do cliente Suporte à integração na infraestrutura de IT do cliente Suporte à formação aos utilizadores Contacto próximo com o cliente e suporte no diagnóstico e resolução de problemas Suporte em funções de manutenção preventiva e corretiva Articulação com a equipe de Backoffice, de forma a garantir elevados níveis de satisfação do cliente Requisitos: Formação em Engenharia Eletrônica, Eletrotécnica, Mecânica ou similar Proatividade na procura de soluções junto com os colegas de equipa (Service Engineers, Application Specialists e Vendas) Dinamismo e vontade de aprender Inglês fluente (fundamental) A Kelly Services atua na qualidade de Agência de Emprego, em relação à presente oferta.
