What is the role about: Providing a remarkable experience for our customers is the seed from which our company has grown and we are currently branching off to an exciting niche that will disrupt GRC and HCM SaaS Industry. As an outside the box thinker, you will be working with the UX Designers to co-design, build, test and implement SaaS solutions.

As a Full-stack Developer who is passionate about innovation, challenges the status quo and has high energy levels to develop a solid foundation and technology stack and build a next-gen SaaS product that leverages Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and latest Cloud Computing technologies.

What you need to succeed:

• You have a curious mind – software development is interesting, to the right mind. By typing a sequence of letters into the computer screen, one can create a beautiful, complex application that end-users will engage with in a variety of ways. SaaS Solutions are among the most complex software written, but great Full Stack Developers are curious, always wanting to learn more about the industry and about user interactions with the SaaS application.
• You are a creative thinker – You are not into repeating what’s already been done before, instead, you think outside the box and leverage latest technologies including Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning, and, come up with creative solutions in order to help the SaaS product stand out from the competition.
• You are master at time management – It takes strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise to ensure that everything is finished on deadline but you are a great multitasker and can constantly flit between the back end and front end to make sure the job gets done, and often have several tasks on your plate at once.
• You are meticulous – You pay great attention to detail and double or triple check to make sure your work is correct.

Required Technical Skillset examples:

• You have an excellent understanding of technologies such as LAMP, LEMP, MEAN, Django , Ruby on Rails or Similar.
• You have an excellent understanding of front-end technologies such as Bootstrap, JavaScript, JSON, Angular, React, TypeScript, Storybook, GraphQL, Grunt, LESS, GULP or similar.
• You have an excellent understanding of back-end technologies such as PHP, ASP, .Net, Java, Python, Node, REST, Azure , Heroku, Firebase or similar.
• You have an excellent understanding of design principles and a detailed knowledge of database architectures for databases such as SQL, MongoDB, MySQL and similar.
• Experience of CI, CD and similar DevOps tools and practices.
• Experience of Mobile App Development as well as Developing APIs and RESTful services.
