Overview
We re seeking a Presales Consultant to work in close collaboration with the elev8 sales team to identify customer needs and build tailor-made solutions that cater to those needs. The role requires a thorough understanding of the technical elements of the products and services being offered and the ability to effectively communicate intricate concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role is part of the Sales unit and is based in Qatar.

Responsibilities
• Pitch solutions to customers and explain all their components.
• Prepare a summary of requirements for the Solution Design Team.
• Help sales executives during technical presentations.
• Respond to requests for information (RFIs) or requests for proposals (RFPs) from customers.
• Determine the technical requirements needed to develop a solution.
• Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers.
• Analyze the market potential and provide knowledge support to the entire sales team.
• Study the competitors' products and support the delivery team with various tasks.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years experience in a Presales role is required.
• Experience in the education or training sector, particularly in technical training, is preferred.
• A self-organized, determined, and consistent team player, capable of managing multiple activities and delivering quality support for the sales team while working in a fast-moving, agile, and ever-changing start-up environment.
• Strong knowledge of sales and management and customer-facing experience is also required.
• Good stakeholder management, influencing experience, analytical problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a team, strategic thinking, negotiation, market trend judgment, decision-making, interpersonal relationship, and communication skills are all required.
• Professional fluency in English and Arabic is essential, both written and spoken.
