Water Solutions isseeking a Sales Leader & Key Account Manager for the DuPontWater business in Iberia to lead all sales activities and grow thebusiness within the region. The position is part of the new“projects” group in the commercial organizationof DuPont Water Solutions. This committed role will provide achallenging mixture of commercial and technical activities toaccelerate project growth with new integrated product lines. DuPontWater Solutions (DWS) is a $1.4 Bn water technology leader, focusedon solving global challenges in water purification, conservationand reuse. DWS serves its thousands of customers in diverse marketsusing multiple technologies from its portfolio across majorgeographies of the world. Your key responsibilities: •Lead all sales activities in Iberia for the full DuPont Waterproduct portfolio. Manage and further develop the partnership withKey Accounts & EPCs within the region. • Provideexpert technical and commercial support to end users and OEMs toposition DuPont best in class products. • Preparetechnical and commercial offers based on company standards.• Work with typical UF/MBR/RO sizing and pricing models.• Negotiate technical and commercial contracts, relatedprices & conditions. • Team up with internalfunctions such as but not limited to Customer Service andTechnology Development teams, to ensure appropriate services andtailored solutions are granted to the Customers in a timely manner.• Identification, creation and development of newUF/MBR/RO/IER growth opportunities for the business across theterritory and worldwide with Spanish customers. • Seek andcontinuously develop knowledge and information about the market andcompetitor activity. • Support the implementation of theglobal go-to-market strategy for the integrated UF/MBR/RO portfoliowithin the region. • Support the regional commercial teamand large project team to influence key stakeholders such as OEMs,Consultants, Institutions, End-Customer to specify DuPont products.• Manage the OEM/EPC and End-Customer in the region indeveloping MultiTech projects utilizing DuPont products. •Promotional activities - Handle individual customer calls andtraining, technical seminars, tradeshows and direct mailing. Ensuretimely and quality response to the Request from customers andensure that documentation meets world-class standards. •Provide feedback to strategic marketing, technical service andR&D for product improvement. • Update marketinformation and analyze segments opportunities to develop newcustomers for DWS. • Participate on account teams toimprove customer payment habits, as necessary. • Plan,forecast, report on sales and business performance according tocompany requirements. • Participate in monthly sales andoperation planning meetings to provide insight into market trendsand sales progress.
