Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Barwa Group is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer service team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality service is being provided - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, finding solutions to resolve them effectively - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer service


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a customer service role - Proven experience managing a customer service team - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively - Resourceful and driven, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
