Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


United Development Company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Support Assistant to join our team in Doha. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks.


Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via email, phone, and in person - Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding our products and services - Assist clients with account setup, login issues, and other technical support tasks - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database - Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confidence and reliability in handling client interactions - Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic computer skills
