Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Qatar Electricity & Water Company is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Customer Care Manager to work from home in Doha, Qatar. This position is part-time, suitable for mid-to-senior level professionals with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure high quality service delivery - Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer care management - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer care performance


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in customer service management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Independent and reliable work ethic - Strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Ability to work remotely and manage a virtual team effectively
