Job Description - Online Client Service Officer


Job Description:


As an Online Client Service Officer at Qatar Aeronautical College, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. Your main duties will include responding to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone, handling client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and processing online orders and payments. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate client records and ensuring all online transactions are processed accurately.


Responsibilities:


- Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance via email, chat, and phone - Handle client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Process online orders and payments accurately - Maintain accurate client records and ensure all online transactions are processed correctly - Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and concerns - Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotions - Provide feedback to improve the online client experience


Requirements:


- Reliable and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Good cooperation and teamwork skills - A high school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
