Employer Training Session Part 2
GrabJobs PH conducted the second training session last June 27th. Talk about a complete glow up from one group, this session had four groups! Tagging along Common Ground PH this time, the attendees learnt about attracting the right talent, cutting time on recruitment processes and applicant engagement. We discussed the topic of “Building your community and keeping it tight & Building an online presence”.
Wrapping up the whole session, we conducted GrabJobs tutorials to help familiarise employers with our platform and at the same time, teach them ways on how to optimise their job postings. The groups were then sat down with our business consultants for a dedicated consultation session.
