Job Description - Sales Manager (Healthcare)

Our client is a healthcare product provider was founded back in 2006, with major clients such as governmental and private hospital's.


Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Manager with a background in the healthcare industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare market. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the healthcare sector
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure sales targets are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong pipelines for future growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives and strategies
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Skills

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare market, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
