Associate Director - Project Management

This pivotal role will involve leading the project management efforts for various high-profile developments, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and oversee all aspects of project management for multiple development projects, driving them from conception through to completion Implement best practices in project management methodologies to maximize efficiency and deliver quality outcomes Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with diverse teams Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, contractors, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and collaboration Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to address potential issues Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and forecasts Mentor and support junior project management staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 10-12 years of project management experience in the construction or real estate sector Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale projects effectively Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices, with relevant certifications such as PMP highly desirable Exceptional leadership and team management skills Proficient in project management software and tools, with strong analytical skills Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder relationships Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Comprehensive knowledge of local regulations and industry standards related to construction and development
