Job Summary

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will spearhead technological innovation, driving the development of cutting-edge solutions that redefine accounting practices. Your mission will be to architect a digital future for Qoyod, crafting and executing strategies to meet current demands and future growth. As CTO, you will lead a dynamic team of technology professionals, shaping their efforts towards creating unparalleled value for our customers and the company alike.

  The Chief Technology Officer is responsible for:

• Strategic Vision: Develop and operationalize Qoyod's technological vision, translating it into actionable strategies to propel company growth and innovation within the cloud-based accounting space.


• Technology Leadership: Spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and solutions, driving continuous improvement and innovation across Qoyod's platforms and services.


• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.


• Product Development: Oversee the development and enhancement of Qoyod's suite of cloud-based accounting solutions, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs.


• Technology Roadmap: Craft and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap, guiding Qoyod's technological evolution and ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of our platforms.


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, enhance customer experiences, and align technology initiatives with business objectives.


• Industry Trends: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, leveraging insights to drive strategic decision-making and maintain Qoyod's competitive edge.

The required skills for the Chief Technology Officer:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


• Extensive experience in technology leadership roles within fast-paced, innovative environments.


• Proven track record of driving technological innovation and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.


• Deep expertise in cloud-based technologies, software development methodologies, and emerging tech trends.


• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving ambitious goals.
