Job Title: Corporate Trainer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing training needs, developing training content, and facilitating training sessions to support the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify training gaps and needs through surveys, interviews, and observations.
2. Create engaging and interactive training content, including manuals, guides, and presentations.
3. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees at all levels.
4. Assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and metrics.
5. Work with subject matter experts, managers, and employees to ensure training programs meet business objectives.
6. Research and recommend new training methods, technologies, and best practices.
7. Oversee training budget, ensure cost-effective solutions, and negotiate with vendors.
8. Track and maintain accurate records of employee training participation and progress.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in education, Training and Development, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate training, instructional design.
3. Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Certified Trainer (CT), or equivalent.
4. Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in training software, learning management systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office.
6. Understanding of business operations, goals, and objectives.
7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, audiences, and training needs.
