Job Description - IT Support Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a passionate IT Support Specialist in our new office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.This role reports to the IT Manager. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for addressing on-site service requests for the Riyadh office.  Qualities of this role are strong service delivery, communication, and level 2 troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite IT support for the employee’s that are working out of the Riyadh office.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot AV equipment within the Riyadh office (TVs, cameras, speakers, microphone, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including but not limited to: workstations, docks, mobile phones, network connectivity, line of business applications, password resets, and account provisioning in Google/Okta/JumpCloud.
  • Assists with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment, mobile phones, and software within established standards and guidelines.
  • Assist with on-site related events which will involve, but not limited to: setting up content on televisions or digital signage, moving equipment from one location to another, providing equipment to end users, etc.
  • Responsible for documenting solutions to problems and developing end-user guidelines.
  • Escalate to 2nd level support on infrastructure related problems.
  • Other duties may be added as defined
  • English proficiency (B2 level or above) – spoken and written.
  • Passion for games of all genres and all platforms (mobile, PC and console).
  • Minimum of 3 years of IT Support experience.
  • Experience in the following technologies: Mac OSX, Windows, Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, Cisco MDM
  • Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components including MAC’s and PC’s.
  • Knowledge of computer peripherals and ability to diagnose problems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizing and time-management skills.
  • Ambitious, hardworking, and quick learner.
  • Come in on time, do your job to the best of your abilities, and make sure you’re better than the previous day.
