Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
• Analyze business processes and assist in identifying optimization opportunities to enhance customer and client experience.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
• Collect and analyze performance data to evaluate customer and client satisfaction.
• Support the implementation of process changes and enhancements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
• Document process modifications and improvements for future reference.
• Communicate process-related insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends related to customer experience and process optimization.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience in business process services and data analysis
• Experience in data-driven decision support
• Proficiencies in data analytics and process mapping
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Data Analytics Professional, Six Sigma Yellow Belt) a plus
