Senior Manager - Sports IT Golf (COR814)

Qiddiya Investment Company, a leader in developing entertainment and sports destinations in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Manager - Sports IT Golf. This pivotal role is focused on leveraging technology to enhance the golf experience for players, spectators, and stakeholders, and requires a deep understanding of golf operations and IT integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies specifically tailored for golf operations within Qiddiya.
• Oversee all golf-related technology solutions, including course management systems, tee time booking, event management, and player analytics.
• Collaborate with golf operations teams to identify technology needs and ensure that IT solutions effectively support day-to-day operations and special events.
• Manage vendor relationships for specialized golf IT systems and ensure successful integration with existing platforms.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in golf to continually enhance the player and spectator experience.
• Provide training and support for staff on new technology tools and applications, ensuring operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Evaluate and report on IT performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and better decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Sports Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in IT management with a focus on golf or related sports.
• Strong knowledge of golf operations and the technological solutions that enhance golf experiences.
• Demonstrated experience in managing IT projects and implementing systems tailored to sports operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to assess IT performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
