Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Assistant at Al Rajhi Holding Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing support to customers in a professional and efficient manner. This part-time position requires an individual with at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and accurate manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. 3. Provide product information and assistance to customers. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Assist in customer retention activities and initiatives. 7. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies. 8. Assist in training and mentoring new customer service team members.

Requirements: 1. Previous experience in customer service is required. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Motivated and detail-oriented. 5. Excellent planning and time management skills. 6. People management skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
