Human Resources (Tamheer Program)

The Tamheer program is six months long on-the-job- training program for Saudi graduates under the umbrella of HRDF, To be eligible for the Tamheer program, you must meet all of the criteria listed below:

 Tamheer Requirements:

• It should be a Saudi national.
• Should not have been employed for the last six months.
• Should not be currently employed.
• Should not have previously participated in the Tamheer program.

Essential Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. 
• Proficient in  the English language.
• Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant MS Office applications.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational skills, consistently prioritizing tasks ,and meeting deadlines .
