In connection with this strategy, we will support the development of our business and we may provide our shareholders with direct access to our businesses, which may include spin-offs, listings, offerings, distributions or monetization of our businesses.
As we execute our strategy, we intend to operate under disciplined capital allocation principles designed to ensure the prudent use of our capital. We intend to refrain from acquiring interests in new companies outside our existing businesses.
