The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) has operations in 49 missions worldwide. Besides promoting bilateral relations, MFA also addresses issues ranging from negotiating a climate change framework, to developing Singapore into an educational hub, to managing trans-border issues such as terrorism, environmental protection and energy security. MFA is also the Ministry that Singaporeans turn to when they need help overseas.
