Tiong Aik Construction Pte Ltd was founded in 1972 and incorporated in 1979, registered with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) as an A1 General Building Contractor.

Core Business

Our core business is building construction.  We boast of an established track record of close to 40 years of successful delivery of various types of building projects ranging from institutional, military complexes, factories, commercial, hotel, residential and other types of mixed developments.  We are versatile and capable of handling a diversified range of projects from different sectors and project category.  We have evolved to be a local well known quality contractor among developers and other stakeholders in the local construction market.

Residential Development is close to our heart and throughout these years, we have successfully completed many public and private housing development projects for the Housing and Development Board HDB) and well known private developers like Wing Tai Holding Limited, CapitaLand Limited, Wheelock Properties (S) Limited, City Development Limited and Allgreen Properties Limited etc.  Our diversified portfolio of recent jobs completed includes School Of The Arts (SOTA), Wilkie Edge (Mixed Developments comprising offices, shops and Apartment Units) and Ascott Raffles Place (Service Apartment), etc.
