Utracon Structural Systems Pte Ltd (USS) was established in early 1998 as a specialist contractor to handle design and construction of concrete structures. Among the wide range of services provided by USS, post-tensioning form a major part of the company's activities. The Company employs the highly acclaimed Dywidag Post-Tensioning System (DSI) which is one of the three top post-tensioning and construction systems worldwide.

USS, backed by a core management group whose background experience is mainly from the structural fields, is poised to become a major player in the local as well as regional construction industry. In recent years, it expanded rapidly overseas and has offices and projects in Malaysia, India, Sri Lanka, UAE, Algeria, Laos and Vietnam.

USS places great emphasis on service quality and efficiency and is organised to provide support on design, technical matters and construction method on structural projects.

USS's quality, occupational and health management systems have been registered against the ISO standard 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004 requirements under the following scope:
