We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Manager to help us expand our clientele.

Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible to drive partnerships with hotels and other accommodation owners. You will be a market knowledge expert and consult clients to achieve aggressive sales targets. You will focus on the China market opportunities but will not be limited and can also proactively win business in other regions.

You will also need to manage the daily operations such as liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations and overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years in a sales/business partnership position in the Travel industry with a good knowledge of the China market
  • Independent and proactive nature
  • Strong proven track record of success in sales development and contribution towards the profitability and growth of the business
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills. Effectively bilingual especially in written and spoken Chinese
  • Results-driven, focused, and analytical
