Staffing Solutions

Tek Village staffing solutions are divided into three categories; permanent, contractual and outsourcing services. We prepare and place exclusive posting on various media platforms as and where required. We also do the initial screening, short listing and profiling assessment to provide the most suitable candidates.

We provide consultants for some specified period on per month basis under Tek Village payroll or placing the consultants at Client’s place under Client Payroll by charging an appropriate fee based on contract duration.

Consulting:

Our consulting division provides consulting services to help companies transform their business needs into IT initiatives and solutions. We use our deep knowledge of industries, technologies and emerging digital trends to help you find the most direct path from challenge to business value.

Our consultants work closely with clients to modify existing systems or create new systems. If needed, customized or Off-the-shelf software could be modified and integrated it into the existing systems. They often work as part of a team of software professionals responsible for the requirement specification, system analysis and design, development, testing, training and implementation, as well as support & maintenance of software systems.
