Responsibilities :
* Simple accounting duties, petty cash, AR/AP, chase payments
* Process documents and parts inventories
* Follow up on shipment and delivery
* File and retrieve of documents, records and reports
* Ability to update company website and design EDM/Brochure
* Answering of phone calls
* Maintain office supply inventories
* Data entry for job completion reports & filing
* In charge of company vehicles insurance, inspection, road tax renewal
* Provide general admin/HR/Accounts
* Organize company events
* Adhoc office admin duties as per assigned by supervisor/managers
Requirements :
* Min ITE/ Diploma in Business or Marketing discipline
* Relevant 1-2 years working experience
* Able to work independently without much guidance
* Full of initiative, committed, meticulous, pro-active and team player
* Familiar with design software, Adobe and Wordpress are preferred
* In charge & update of company FB, Instagram, LinkedIn
* Computer literate in MS office, outlook, MYOB, CRM, etc...
* Prefer candidates who can start immediately
* Only Singaporean only
