Barista (Bar Crew)

Job Description (Experience Barista) - Preparing and serving all drinks according to the cafe quality standards and recipes. - Create latte art on espresso based coffee drinks - Prepare food and meals according to the cafe quality standards and recipes - Perform daily opening and closing shift duties - Take customer orders, operate and balance the POS and process payments, including cash, credit cards and other e-payment methods - Take calls for booking of meeting room, manage the meeting room schedule, maintain the cleanliness of the meeting room - Maintain cleanliness and care of the cafe and all equipment - Serving food and drinks and provide excellent customer service at all times - Ordering of stocks, monitoring of inventory and ensuring minimum wastage - Adhere to SOPs and identifying and suggesting improvements. - Complete any other assigned tasks/duties inclusive.
